The Silly Bandz Sanrio Friends 50th Anniversary Pack contains twenty-four rubber band bracelets, four each of six different designs. The Sanrio Friends 50th Anniversary Silly Bandz are exclusively available at Target for a limited time, before they are released in other stores. In most Targets, they are not in the toy section, but they are in the girls clothing section as part of a special Hello Kitty display.
