Animal Rubber Bands New York & New Jersey News

Several new articles about Animal Bracelets in the New York & New Jersey areas. In New Jersey, The Daily Record has an article called “Silly Bandz All The Rage With Morris Schoolchildren.” The article has a quote saying that the bandz are like bags of gold to children. The owner of the Toy Box kiosk at the Rockaway Townsquare Mall says that Silly Bandz are the hottest toy since Beanie Babies and Pokemon cards in the nineties.

Also in New Jersey, NJ.com has an article called “Silly Bandz are the latest kid trend.” The owner of Three Little Dollars party supply and novelty shop says that the first day they got Silly Bandz in, they were gone in around five hours. One school principal is quoted as saying that they have had no major problems with the bands, but another school district in the New Jersey area has banned the bands.

In New York, The Long Island Business News has an article called “Bandz craze sweeps up kids.” The article talks about kids running up to an ice cream truck that is selling Silly Bandz. The president of a distributor called Star Track Inc says the biggest problem is that the suppliers can’t make the bands fast enough right now.
